Apologies for the vagueness but I've made a few decisions this year that I regret. As a result of some of them, bad things have happened that wouldn't have occurred had I made different choices or been more courageous.
All this is eating me up and I keep looking back and castigating myself for it.
Any tips for how to stop doing this? I would like to accept what's happened and just move forward but I'm finding it hard.
