Help me which flooring to do with!!! LVT or engineered wood?

Really struggling to decide which flooring to go with. We have two cats and a dog. LVT has been suggested as it is more hard wearing than the engineered wood but I HATE the look of it. Pictured are the two floors we are choosing from.

Any advice?

Engineered wood every time over LVT. I have it throughout my house and it’s beautiful. Feels lovely under barefoot!

Check the costs between engineered wood and solid wood. We have recently renovated, and were surprised that solid wood was cheaper in some cases! We went with woodpecker brand, York rustic oak colour and its lovely. We have a dog, and although its only been down a few months, there are no scratches or any issues so far.
