What bath wash for a 2 year old?

DS is almost 2 and has mild/moderate eczema. I am still using the Aveeno baby hair and body wash and he baths every other night. Unsure if now that he's an active toddler that the Aveeno baby is good enough or if at this age I need to move onto a kids body/hair wash, I prefer an all in one as I just find it easier. Can I ask what others use with a toddler around this age, especially if they have sensitive skin/any recommendations?

Sulphate free anything. I dont think the products get better at cleaning you as you go up in age, it's probably more a marketing thing or harsher smells, colours etc.

i only use kids suncream on myself as the spf tends to be higher.

imagine adult sulphate/SLS free products would be more gentle than baby products As sulphates strip all your oils they can be harsh. Sanex do SLS free shower gel.
