Pork shoulder - skin/fat

I'm so useless without my airfryer. I've bought a shoulder of pork. Trimmed off the skin and fat bit of the skin had like a layer of meat attached which looks like pork belly would.

So I thought genius, I've chucked a lord of bbq rub on it and cut into not sized pieces (I'm thinking pork belly pieces but just from a shoulder).

Now without my airfryer, can I get the oven hot enough for these to be nice? Would a frying pan be best? Please tell me how to cook them.

Pic attached but all cut small now.

Not an expert but I usually do shoulder of port in the slow cooker as otherwise I think it would be quite tough?

The bulk of it went in the slow cooker for pulled pork and that's turned out great, I just don't want to waste the skin if I don't have to.

I'd brown them in pan them finish off in the oven.

Very hot oven to render the fat and turn down after 20 minutes to half an hour to cook the meat if necessary
