Help me get my sense of smell back!

I'm pretty sure I had covid 3 weeks ago, and I completely lost my sense of smell. The anosmia has persisted, and even now I can't smell some things I definitely used to be able to smell, like my shampoo, Earl Grey tea, laundry detergent, etc.

I hate being anosmic as I used to have a sensitive nose and I'm quite conscientious about hygiene, and I don't like the thought of having e.g. bad breath and not knowing.

Is there anything I can do to get that back quickly? I don't have other symptoms of covid anymore.

Thank you!

My sense of smell is still on and off a year after Covid

Moisture in the nostrils seems to help a bit but generally it comes and goes
