Fallen down the stairs for the second time in 6 months. Amongst other accidents.

Feeling mentally and emotionally broken by it all, and that's disregarding the physical injuries.

Right now I'm awaiting x-ray results for my shoulder. Bets on break Vs dislocated... Been waiting a few hoursbut resus is busy and I'm majors.

I'm hoping I don't need surgery. I can't afford the time off work.

Anyone for keeping me company and talking me through the emotional rollercoaster?

Fyi, this will be a ginormous drip feed asi don't know what will become relevant.

Do you have a tens machine? I find that helps with pain.
To sleep sitting up ( horrible I know when you have back pain ) use all the pillows, folded duvets you have as cushioning.

They won't prescribe anything other than what I've been using for my back, so Gabapentin and codeine. I can't sit comfortably for long enough to sleep upright right now so that advice will have to be ignored.

Wow you have been through so much! And you go through to. This is rough and I'm sure you're gonna get through it. But it's just really shit so moan and let it out!
