Like most people I exchanged my tesco points for vouchers when it was changing from 3x to 2x the value. It took ages to go through and was confirmed on screen however I’ve gone into my account to use them and they aren’t showing. It seems like there must have been an error when it was going through.
I just wondered if anyone else had this and managed to get it resolved with tesco.
I know I should have checked before but I knew that email confirmations were taking ages to come through so I wasn’t concerned at the time.
