Shopping around for home insurance, as More Than has whacked up our premium despite us never claiming.

Any feedback please on John Lewis buildings and contents cover?

I was happy with the quote, but online feedback about making a claim seems dire 🤦🏼‍♀️

We used them for a few years, never made a claim, and was set to auto-renew. However reality was that after the first couple of years, the premiums rose very steeply as did the conditions and exclusions ( original art not covered, had to install a safe - we are not flashy rich people ) .
Went to our bank and it has been very easy and sensibly priced.

I've used them and on the few occasions I've had to claim they have been really good.

Yes Danger Avoid,more than fight for months they deny my Claim, all the games and excuses Con Artists, yet they take your money for years!
