We are in Valencia staying at an Airbnb. I have a cold so am staying home today. Out huge telly won’t connect to the internet- I have tried the password 8 times now, turned the router and tv off and on again 3 times and still nothing.
i have been talking to the owners via the app and they don’t seem to be able to help :
‘, I don't know how to help you. It is connected to internet with its mobile phone. Internet works. TV works. I am not a Samsung technician Surely from the Samsung.com website it can help you much better than me or anyone because they are the makers. ‘
not much help. The Samsung website doesn’t help sadly. No idea why they don’t have an information pack with step by step instructions!
what can I do?
