Do you have a secret stash of treats?

Just that… Occasionally, I buy posh dark chocolate in small individual bars and have one during afternoon slump when working from home. It’s not that I am tight, we have other stuff to share but I have a little inexplicable pleasure in having something solely for me, that only I know about (and now all of you on MN).

Yes.
Anything in this house is scoffed by ravenous teens unless hidden. I frequently have a little stash of treats. In fact I had a nice surprise earlier when reaching for, what I thought was, my last treat. There was also different larger treat that has slipped my mind. I ate them both.

Yep - but I usually fail.
Stashed some lovely treats - forgot about them, months later DH found them and asked about the lovely treats which I obviously had no idea about ( which confused him even more)
I have stashed things, thinking they were hidden - turned out they weren’t
Cant bear it if DH helps himself to something I was saving - I love the IKEA chocolate marzipan sweet. We usually agree to eat one side of the packet each. He once had one from my side and I went ballistic as I had been saving it ( all part of marriage MN people nothing really bad)

DH had a stash of chocolate a few years ago - the kids and their friends used to refer to it as ‘Dads not so secret stash’ and helped themselves

So now I buy a treat and eat it - in the car, in the garden to avoid forgetting about it
Totally understand the little pleasure in having something all to myself
