I googled her age earlier cos I thought she was 40ish. 50! She looks absolutely phenomenal.

Wish these athletes could be the role models teenagers look up to, working to keep fit in a healthy way and very disciplined, rather than the instagrammers and reality tv people they follow.

I agree and whilst she is beautiful, it's pretty irrelevant because that's just 'life luck'.

But she's an amazing role model - disciplined, hardworking, clever and very supportive of others.

Heptathletes and decathletes are the absolute stars of sports to me. They have to be good at everything.
I think that physically, it means they have the nicest proportions too, as nothing is exaggerated.
