"Protect NHS staff to speak up when managers deny avoidable deaths" https://www.crowdjustice.com/case/going-to-the-court-of-appeal/

I remember this case, this consultant went through a lot and still lost.

How do we protect whistle blowers in the NHS the system now does not work.

Protect NHS staff to speak up when managers deny avoidable deaths

I’m an NHS consultant who blew the whistle on surgical deaths in children. My appeal case aims to ensure that managers deal with such issues rather than use lawyers to evade them.

Further reading of this story and others. What's the point of whistle blowing if you're not going to be listened to and are driven out of your job.
