Ideas of something to make with old cot bumpers

I'd like to keep the bedding sets that my dc had. They had cut bumpers with them and obviously they aren't safe so I'd like to make something out of them. They are soft and almost like a thin duvet. Any ideas? There's 3 sections to each-2 squares and a large rectangle. Any ideas appreciated.

Are they still using the bedding? You could use the fabric to make a matching lampshade (lampshade kits available on line and are really easy). Or you could make cushions, a memory bear, add more fabric and make a quilt, some bunting maybe? Or you could add some wadding and a bottom and turn them into fabric storage baskets.

They are teenagers now but I like your ideas, thank you.

In that case, I’d have a look at those books that give you projects for half a yard of fabric. They do them for home, kids, weddings, etc and they’re under £10 on line.
