Just as it says really. Evri messed up and buyer got wrong item. I’m going to claim back from Evri but in meantime want to refund the buyer.
I’ve done everything recommended on videos and advice but for the life of me can’t find ‘return’.
clicked on sold and brought the item up. Only options are contact buyer or tell us what you think. Also tried via sellers hub and watched video but there’s no drop-down menu with a return option as in the video. Can anyone help at all? Should I just get buyer to request a return? Thanks so much
