Plenvu colonoscopy

Has anyone had plenvu for a colonoscopy? I have the colonoscopy on Saturday morning. I think they said I have to drink 500ml plenvu plus another 500ml clear fluids with the first sachet at 5pm then another 500ml prep plus 500ml fluids at 9pm .. I'm not a big drinker at the best of times I don't know how I'm going to manage 2 litres in 4 hours 😩 can I drink the likes of coke or lucozade alongside it or are they out? I forgot to ask

I haven't experienced this , only had a sigmoidoscopy.

I've done the plenvu prep, although mine was for an afternoon op so I had to take the sachets at 6pm and 6am. It says in the leaflet what you're allowed but it needs to be clear fluids, and nothing red or brown so IIRC coke is a no go. I think lucozade is fine, I forgot to get any and bitterly regretted it as my op was delayed and ended up fasting for 27 hours 😭.

You're probably well on your way through it now, but stay near a toilet and follow the instructions to a tee or you'll have to do it again. I didn't manage to keep the second sachet down but the prep was still successful.

Thanks! I'll get plenty of lucozade then . I'm starting the low fibre diet tomorrow. Though I still haven't received the prep yet. Leaflet I have so far says to phone if haven't received it 3 days before so hopefully it turns up tomorrow
