Would you ring 111?

Had an ongoing UTI for about 6 weeks, admitted to hospital for three nights, been on 3-4 weeks of different antibiotics. Had a horrendous episode of vomiting on Monday (in a public place too - train station) which saw me sent up to A&E - station staff called an ambulance. They said my wee had some signs of infection as did my bloods, but not enough to treat, and a mild fever that went down with paracetomal.

I’m still feeling achy, shivery, fatigued, headache, joint pain and hot/cold. The last time I felt like this I had covid, in June 22, but I was checked for covid on Monday and told nothing there.

Is it worth ringing 111? I’m guessing there’s something wrong but there’s not going to be much they can do about it on a Sunday night is there?

I would. You know you're not feeling right, whatever you've been given with hasn't resolved the issue. I'm no medic, but treating you with antibiotics and leaving you with some residual infection does not sound right. The other symptoms could be an indication of sepsis.

Yes 111 at the very least

Yes I would. I’d say ( I’m not a medic though) you have all the signs of an infection. Don’t know how bad it has to be before the NHS treat it, I don’t have a lot of faith in the NHS anymore. Hope you get help.
