Of someone supposedly being pulled to the floor wasn’t what happened but this is the allegation. Incident happened Thursday no sign of the police.

Took around 3 weeks in our case.

Thank what to even make contact?

Yep.
Young adult DS was accused of assaulting someone. It was 3 weeks before they initially made contact then a further couple of months before they got back in touch to say the complaint had been dropped.

That’s bad I would have assumed it would be quicker

Depends very much on the situation. The Police were with me within ten minutes, but it was a 999 call, so... If there's no immediate danger, they'll have to prioritise it differently.

Police are ridiculously stretched unfortunately. All the time they keep getting high priority calls coming in, you'll keep moving down the list. They're massively underfunded.

Totally depends on what pronouns were used.
