What colour curtains and accessories to go with this decor?

This dark green walls, white ceiling and woodwork, decorative coving round the tip with a decorative ceiling rose.

Tall room, not huge but big window.

Warm, mid wooden floors and light brown leather couches.

Can't do rugs because of puppy (giant pee mat!) and reluctant to do cushions as my old ones got chewed.

Room is very much like 2nd row down, left photo.

I'm thinking tradional patterned curtains with multiple dark autism colours but can't find anything.

I think I will need cushions.

I ditched curtains years ago. I think they're old-fashioned and frumpy. Roller blinds or shutters look much better.

I would probably go either with off white curtains that are really textured or velvety but plain or go for patterned with a lot of dark ochre in it.

What colour are your sofas?

If you're going cosy go with Mustard and dark woods if you're going old world then creams, natural wood, plants, shutter blinds with some cream curtains to offset.

I would try and lift that dark green with some coral curtains, a coral throw and some coral flowers.

I’d probably go for mid brown.

With that lovely rich green I'd go for one of these:

oatmeal or similar neutral based curtains with some coloured embroidery on. These aren't quite right maybe, but something along these lines. Or these if the colour of the embroidery works

or if you prefer less ornamentation, a rich plum velvet or a faded almost to rust coloured ruby red or dusty rose. Something that looks antique but well-preserved.

I'd add copper based large lamps like this or this.
I'd go for large oil paintings over prints - maybe some abstracts in rich earthy tones or if you want to go for the old library feel, some more traditional still lives.

We have this colour op, we have charcoal sofa, grey curtains and these cushions from ikea. We have an open fire and we're painted the wood surround in charcoal.

I'd go with large print patterned curtains that included a matching green and also cream/white.

A dark, dusky pink would also work.
