Omg I can't sleep & it's doing my head in!

I've come downstairs for a bit to see if the "change of scenery" helps 🙄

So far the fridge whirring, and clock ticking, are annoying me just as much 🤷‍♀️

I'll head back up in a mo, I think. Probably to toss and turn some more <sigh>

(It's the pre-chemo steroid that does it according to the nurse I was chatting with about my weird Friday no sleep thing last week. It'll right itself tomorrow & I'll be snoozing early).

Think I got to sleep around 6am. Woke up at 9. Up an about now but already feeling tired! Need to power on!

Didn't get back to sleep or get a nap. Been out with lo to get some bits n bobs and now just having a coffee and cigarette. Definitely an early night for me 😁🤞

No nap here but DH has been out wearing DC out while I tied up a bit so hopefully get to have an earlier night.

Still no nap for me today I've just got back from getting some bits for tea and had to get some jars of baby food as little is being fussy again going to do a trip to the park soon and then crafts for older dd while I do tea while the other half watches football x

I decided to make a list in my head of things I am grateful for in my life, for each letter of the alphabet. I got as far as Q and I fell asleep for a couple of hours 😊 when I woke I was able to add Sleep on the list under S 😂
