You'd use Photoshop for that; not Canva or InDesign. There's probably a backhanded way of doing it using them but it'll take forever and look shoddy.

You can't in those. You'd need photoshop.

You'd be better just uploading a pic of the dropper bottle with an existing black topper. You can find those by googling suppliers for dropper bottles.

You can download GIMP for free. It is the open source clone of Photoshop. Easiest way for a beginner would be to add a new layer, put a selection over the part you want and add a fill of black at a low opacity. If you can't use selection tools then you can put a fill over the whole thing and erase outside.
