My elderly aunt would like to set up a trust for her daughter who is a vulnerable adult and disabled as part of her will.
I’m helping her with this but struggling to find a recommendation for a lawyer that specialises in this area - there are lots when I Google but I’ve no idea where to start and want to make sure she finds someone trustworthy. Can anyone point me in the right direction or perhaps recommend someone?
