Ticketmaster E tickets

I purchased concerns tickets last month, however when I log in they say the tickets aren't ready. When do they become ready. Concern is august 2024. I need to transfer them to a relative.

According to their FAQ you will only be able to access them 5 days before the gig.

The last few concerts I have went to it's been the week of the concert.

I've got tickets in the Ticketmaster App and printed them off this week, which is 2 months before the concert. Judging by previous comments, it must vary.

Last concert I went to it was about six weeks before concert date
