Relative wants one for their birthday. I've learned this from someone else. Said the one their (relatives) friend has cost around £40, and they want a similar one. Don't know which brand his is however 🤔

I've looked at loads and I'm really confused!
I've found they range from £15 to £££££££. They mostly take batteries rather than self charge. Some require a simcard, some require a monthly charge to use the app which relative didn't mention. I was quite stressed about what to get for the birthday and once I realised they wanted this I thought 'Great, problem solved, simple!' Alas I wish I'd have just got them a crate of beer now 🤣
Any motorcyclists around who could help clarify for me? Any you'd recommend? I'd like to stick roughly to that budget as I'm not earning a lot at the moment (company I work for liquidated a couple of weeks ago and I'm yet to find work). Thank you!
