I live in a housing association property
A upstairs flat
Downstairs flat is a man who dumps rubbish round the side of the property
There is a multi storey building next to the back garden (Same housing association)
There is a tree overgrown and is now resting on my roof causing damage and ridiculous amount of noise.
It's keeping me awake and making me miserable
At the side of the house is a front door belonging to downstairs ,he's old wardrobe and bags of bin liners.
The housing association have said he is claiming it's not his rubbish and I will have to move it before they fix the tree grown on my roof
I said it's his rubbish and they don't care
I can't move it and I shouldn't have too
What can I do ?
