Today we had our 1st day out of the holiday... using the free national trust pass.
I feel awful that we can't even afford a day at a theme park, but we had to fork out for a not new car in June and it's wiped us out.
In fairness the kids have been fab. They are of an age where they can entertain themselves, but it doesn't stop me feeling rubbish
