That’s me. Always worked hard and with enthusiasm, moved roles and progressed in organisations but stepping a little sideways with each opportunity. Now aged 45, facing restructuring and can’t really articulate to an outsider what I am good at. Potentially imposter syndrome. Anyone else feels insecure like this, kind of widely useful but ultimately undeserving a serious, focussed job?
