Quite simply, why?
I knew they existed, but until today I hadn't seen one. Was in a park with a friend and she pointed it out and my blood boiled. They seemed like 'decent' people, but I guess you never know.
Anyway, they are completely inhumane, as are choke collars.
Why haven't they been banned?!
