DS2 hit DS1 on head with tv remote

2 year old DS was really hyper before, running around etc. He ran up to 7 year old DS and hit him quite hard with the tv remote on the top of his head. He cried for a few minutes then was ok. He’s been absolutely fine, not been sleepy or sick, he’s eaten as normal, been running around. I suffer badly with anxiety and even though he’s been ok, there’s a part of me that hasn’t been able to stop worrying all day. I did check his head when it happened and there was a small bump but it’s all of a sudden gone

He’ll be fine. This is what siblings do. I dropped a heavy metal ladder from a mid sleeper bed on my older sister’s head who was sitting on the floor when we were younger, complete accident and we were playing about. Ice pack for a bit and then she was fine.

This can't be the first time once of your kids has clonked the other one round the head, surely?! Feels like it happens every other day in this house ConfusedGrin

No it’s definitely not the first time😁 I find my anxiety worse certain times of the month so it could be that

I know the feeling ❤️ don’t give it another thought. If he was going to have been unwell he would’ve been already. It would have knocked him out, or he’d have been excessively sleepy/dizzy or whatever. He’s fine. Just keep an eye for a bit. Lots of love to you, anxiety is a beast x

My 3 spent their childhoods lumping each other, I 'fondly' remember the time they all thought they were power rangers. We had one A&E visit with a broken finger, but other than that they all made it to adulthood unscathed.
