How's everyone today? Got anything fun planned??....
My goal for today is to try and get a good amount of housework done, collect a prescription i very much need, make a large pot my own chicken, mushroom and red onion spicy rice with boiled eggs and tomatoes salad. Shop for the things that asda sent as a ridiculous substitute! I ordered 3 x cartons of 1litre apple juice and they sent only one large 1.5litre. So definitely need to get more of that and instead of chicken, they sent lamb!!!! Plus a few other bits and bobs! Hope to fold away a huge mountain of laundry whilst watching judge Judy.
I feel like I haven't done much this holidays. Feel so annoyed to be honest. I have tried to book as much work that needs doing in the house, before we try to move. Plus, its much more easier to try and book the repairs around the holidays rather than trying to fit things in around work and school runs! We have done a few park and forest walks, a picnic, out for dinner a couple times, put to play football and races, done arts and crafts at home and puzzles and board games. But really feel like they should get out more. 6 weeks go by so quickly.
Currently they're watching Bloody dan tdm play games by connecting the YouTube thingy box to the tv And very much happy to do so until I switch the telly off and say come on let's do something physical or educational....
My plans are to try and get them to the bowling and arcade, the castle and museum, another museum on rural living. Maybe a day out shopping for some new clothes and uniforms, maybe a farm or wildlife park. And down to the beach for the rides. Maybe try a soft play. Definitely want to go to the library and also charity shop hunt.
Its just trying to find something really for all 6 kids to do that all like.
Going to try and do some baking or make pizzas from scratch!
