Dexamphetamine v street amphetamines

Does anyone know how the amount of active ingredient in a typical prescribed dose of dexamphetamine (Amfexa) compares with the amount of active ingredient that drug addicts take?
I’m wanting to understand how close these values are (hopefully they are very different!), to get more understanding about potential side effects

All the people that are saying you can't compare the two drugs are totally right. When I was a stupid young adult I hooked up with a coke dealer ( I was an addict myself) and he used to cut his coke in a food processor with baby teething powders (to create numbness) and dextrose and powdered vitamin c to pack it out. But I always remember heating one horror story where a local dealer cut his with plaster of Paris and caused horrific sinus issues . Even the guy I was seeing would see different potency of drug coming through his door and then the way he cut it very much depended on who he was selling to, how much money he needed etc .
