Only if they search for you or have your contact saved in your phone. FB suggests ‘friends’ who are in your contacts.

Will they know that you've unblocked them? Depends on whether they know they were blocked in the first place and now notice they can see you

Quite possibly, depends if they have tried to stalk you.

I blocked someone who kept trying to friend request me, they set up another account and sent me a friend request from that 😬

Also if you were friends on Facebook and blocked them, you are no longer friends even when you unblock them. You may then come up as a friend suggestion and they may wonder why you unfriended them.

No. However they will now see anything you comment on which they too, have access to. For example if you have any mutual friends or you both are members of the same facebook group and you comment on a post, they may well see your comment. However if you keep them blocked, then they can’t see anything you comment

They'll only know if they're creepy and still search your name occasionally

If they're tagged in photos they'll know because they'll be able to see your name and click on it.
