Bags under eyes

What can I do? What are my options to improve how I look?! I'm 39 and have really started to age, I pin point it to a couple of years ago when I first had Covid. My brutally honest, teenage daughter says it looks like I've got a black eye. The bags are really noticeable and I don't like it!

Have you tried a gua sha or a roller to do a sinus massage?

BeagleMum1 · 15/08/2023 16:56

No I haven't. I'm going to have a quick google

I have awful eye bags - otherwise I look good for my age but the eye bags are horrible. Following this discussion for ideas (although I suspect I am looking for the moon on a stick).

It's the only thing that works for me. I keep a roller in the fridge. It usually takes the puffiness down.

I do try to get enough sleep and drink enough water but it's not always possible!

Hi @BeagleMum1
I would take an iron supplement or eat foods with iron, you will see a difference xx
