Day 2 of my weight loss plan. Yesterday was great... I fasted until 1 then I had 3 eggs with butter and cheese (yummy) then I had a bowl of broccoli and Cauliflower fried in butter, the I added crème fraiche, garlic and a sprinkle of cheese. It was delicious and I was unbelievably full even though it looked like a tiny portion.
