Conspiracy theory

Lightningspeed · 15/08/2023 01:30

A bloke (media lad who is now dead, fell off a balcony 🤔) mentioned in passing something he heard. Jeffrey epstein apparently had a kill switch because he was into the whole genetic engineering stuff. If he died apparently "something" would be released. Epstein died August 2019...hmm.

So, nothing then.

What do you mean?

OP posts:
Hawkins009 · 15/08/2023 01:52

Thing is, if any of it was true chances are those with power and or influence or even the legalities could keep it all under wraps etc.

OCaptain · 15/08/2023 01:53

Why are conspiracy theories always so incoherent?

Hawkins009 · 15/08/2023 01:54

Why are conspiracy theories always so incoherent?

Because usually it's only bits and pieces of information, unless your eg Fox Mulder, or Dana Scully, then chances are we only get the crumbs of information.

What do you mean???

So a sleazy billionaire foresaw that, if he got bumped off, he'd be so pissed off about not being able to shag any more teenagers that he'd arrange for a highly contagious virus to be released.

The only reason for organising something like that - even if you're Ernst Blofeld, evil head of SPECTER - is to frighten your assassins into not killing you. It seems to have been a singularly unsuccessful ploy, no?

Yea very unsuccessful. I just thought it was a weird thing that I hadn't even thought of.

That lad though from what I can see seemed pretty vanilla. Threw himself off a balcony, despite not being very suicidal.

The Epstein thing seems to be the most contentsious thing he said

If he was russian, the balcony fall would be suspect.

So you think the lad killed himself because of the weight of this bonkers secret? I mean, people usually are suicidal when they kill themselves. Lads, however, sometimes throw themselves off balconies because they're insanely drunk, have taken too much of the wrong drug, and/or unwisely got into a fight on a balcony.

Very rarely due to them knowing the darkest secrets of sleazy billionaires' plans for post-mortem chaos. How did the 'vanilla' lad know Epstein, was he one of Ghislaine's sidekicks? In which case, probably not very vanilla.

Lightningspeed · 15/08/2023 02:21

No I don't think he killed himself.

OP posts:
Lightningspeed · 15/08/2023 02:31

He was murdered, quite obviously.

LittleEsme · 15/08/2023 02:39

Who was this "lad"?
Do you have their name?

thaegumathteth · 15/08/2023 02:48

Go to bed OP

GarlicGrace · 15/08/2023 02:50

Jeffrey Epstein didn't even have the women who tried to blow the whistle on him killed. Why would he go to all the very expensive trouble of having a virus engineered & surreptitiously released after his death? How would a lad (who?) know about it, when the CIA and FBI didn't? And why would anybody push said lad off a balcony?

I love a complicated plot, me, but this one's got more holes in it than a bucket of popcorn.

Lightningspeed · 15/08/2023 04:29

Trevor Moore.

Men rarely seem suicidal or even depressed. They keep it buried very often. So that’s not really evidence of a theory.

Lightningspeed · 15/08/2023 04:34

I mean really how many grown adults fall off a not very high balcony and die?

OP posts:
WeAreTheHeroes · 15/08/2023 04:47

Probably quite a lot of them who are very drunk and fall head first?

The drunk ones who land on their head’s - after all, you can fall from standing and hit your head on concrete and die so why not die if you happen to fall off a balcony above ground level while drunk?

There are reports that his autopsy showed his blood alcohol was 3 1/2 times the legal
level at the time of his death and there were numerous empty alcohol bottles found in the house. The authorities were happy to rule his death an accident.

But that’s not as exciting as being chucked over the railings because he ‘knew’ about something unprovable

Well, obviously, that's what they want you to think.

Where did you hear this? Friend of a friend's dog had a dream about it?
