I have stir fry veg that need using up but have no stir fry sauce. I have curry paste... Could I make something from that or I have Chinese 5 spice.

I do have brown sauce, BBQ, mustard, ketchup and mayo. I have run out of anything else (not soy etc).

Or any other ideas? I hate waste and I'm not going out to the shops!

Do you have any mago chutney or cream - something to make it wetter ?

I often make a quick curry with stir fry veg. Usually a Thai style curry, but I don’t see why Indian style wouldn’t work too (even if it’s not a classic combo of flavours).

I have mango chutney and lime pickle. I also have coconut milk but ideally don't want to open that for a stir fry. Oh and yogurt
