Sorting out my kitchen cupboards - any Macedonians about?

As above - bought these sachets on the Maedonian (now Nth Macedonia) side of Lake Ohrid a few years ago.

What do I add to them - water, milk, hot or cold? I know they're well past their sell by dates but still intrigued. Google translate not instantly helpful.

My understanding so far is:

1. Lemon Flavour
2. For Cake
3. Coffee and Cinnamon (no idea why the Camel is there)/

It has been years since I have seen these sachets, but if I recall well from my childhood memories the one with the camel is cinnamon. The one with the lemon I am not entirely sure, but if you take a picture from the back I will take a look.

The one in the middle is for cakes. I think its similar to baking powder but it has vanilla in it.
