Motivate me to do my jobs please

I've got to

Do the daily dog poo garden sweep
Take some rubbish to the dump
Put some things in the garage
Pick up a couple of things in the shop
Clean the bathroom
Mop the floors

Realistically it's no more than an hour, all in. I know I'll feel better when it's all done. But I can't be arsed

Same. Have had breakfast and my 2nd cup of tea. Need to clean the bathroom and bedroom and go to shops. Am still in dressing gown.

I told myself I'd have a cup of tea then start. That was nearly 2 hours ago. I'm still sitting here on here (mn).
