Split up with ex husband 8 years ago. I've been paid the same amount of maintenance since (maybe an increase of £10 a month at one point). I know he's definitely had pay increases over the last 8 years! I'm pretty certain he earns at least 40k a year more, he's told out son what he earns and was told not to tell me.
I'm around £200-300 a month short.
He pays me direct but it's recalculated annually via CMS.
Evidently it should be correct but I know he earns more. He is a contractor, so semi self employed. How is he managing to to get away with this? Can i bring this up with CMS without him knowing?
