Paper birthday banners

I'm trying to find some personalised birthday banners for my kids. I'd like them to last a few years (so will just have name not age) so want ones that are foil/plastic.

However, when I'm searching Amazon/eBay nearly every one I've found says it's paper when I look closely at the details.

Has anyone used these kind of ones and will they just look shit like I printed them off myself?

If the paper ones are rubbish, if anyone can find me personalised foil/plastic ones with Frozen and Captain America (two different ones not both together!) I will be very grateful!

Anyone? Or is this too specific? Or not Saturday night chat? 😁

Not sure if this any help, but is tear-proof PVC banner.

It says you can edit all text to your own requirements, so you'd be able to omit an age.

Maybe you can design your own birthday photo collages and then print them out professionally? Add your DCs favorite characters and some of their photos along with "Happy Birthday" signs. Though I'm not sure an upgrade won't be needed in a year or so, because there might be new favorite characters or more photos you'd like to add.

Make your own on lining paper, if you have a party everyone can write on it and then you can roll up and keep for their 18th.

Try etsy or NOTHS. I have personalised fabric ones for my kids.

Thanks! I hadn't thought of Etsy or nots for some reason.

They’re probably paper because people are trying to cut down on single use plastics, particularly things which are personalised which are harder to pass on for reuse. Realistically, are your kids still going to be into captain America and frozen in a few years time?!?

I've used paper/card ones from etsy. they were great.
