Is anyone any good at photo editing & might be able to turn my little house into a hospital?

For my aventure camel (pictured) that I pinched from a former colleague.

Just white with a cross where the heart is would do, I just can't work out how to do it on my phone 🤔

If you could add camel in front that would be even better so I don't have to work out how to do that too 🙈

🤣 I figured it out eventually! It took a lot of flicking back & forth between 2 apps though. I ended up with a blue hospital because I couldn't find white in the colour palette.
