Soft neck lump

Ds gave us all nits. Just about over the nits and I've noticed a small soft lump below my hairline on the right rear of my neck - I suffer with crippling anxiety - vomited as soon as I saw the lump.
Has anyone ever had this with nits?

How big is it? Like an insect bite? If it is try a warm compress on it then smother with germolene or similar.

It's about the size of a kidney bean put lancain on it. I am on holiday in Ireland and have just worked myself into a state. Went to the chemist and the assistant said it was a bite but its not itchy or red so I'm now desperate to get home for a Dr's appointment 😔
