It's a 1989 movie so its original release would have been VHS. There isn't much info about the movie at all, so if it wasn't a popular movie then it might not have got a remaster / re-release on DVD.

There are high street services which will do VHS to DVD conversion. If it's important to have the movie, it might be your only option.

It was released in 1989 in Hong Kong only, directed by Godfrey Ho.

It was then released under the title
'Asesino Fuera de la Lay.' This would explain the Spanish version.

No one has rated it on IMDb or Rotten Tomatoes which suggests it's not been available to view .
