Will this tree damage my roof?

You might have seen my post last night
A tree is lying on my roof causing extreme noise and I'm worried it's going to eventually damage the roof
Is that possible ?
Would you be concerned?

Yes and I would remove it, sadly if it’s your neighbours they may be under no obligation to do so. You could contact your house insurance.

It's a housing association property but at the min they won't remove it
So I'm dealing with extreme noise
