It does itch sometimes. But a good cream seems to help

I am thinking vitiligo and not eczema because it's not at all dry? I thought eczema felt dry etc.

It's smooth. But does itch sometimes (badly)

Hmm. When it had vitiligo in the past it was very very red, sore and weepy. When I get excema it is dry, Uk less the excema is infect.

Have you seen a dermatologist!

My mother has had vitiligo for nearly 20 years (very little pigment left in her skin) and it never presented like that .....

Have you seen a dermatologist yet? Do you take antihistamines for the itch? It actually doesn't look like either condition to me- but I'm not a specialist. Vitiligo often has a more bleached effect and doesn't always itch.

My mum has vitiligo all over arms, legs and face and it doesn't itch, it's not sore or weepy, it's just loss of melanin

What do you mean when you had vitiligo in the past? It doesn’t go away

It’s not vitiligo. To me it looks more like lichenification (thickening of the skin) due to scratching. Why not see your GP?

Vitiligo and chloasma are pigmentation conditions.
