Legal aid solicitor?

Hi can anyone help me I'm trying to find a solicitor that accepts legal aid with child care arrangements. As I'm not getting anywhere it's becoming very stressful and it's mentally draining me. TIA

Ex has already made threats to keep my son so do I arrange private with him ( bearing in mind he won't cope) or do I apply for private arrangements order ? TIA

You need to look at the FLOWS forum, they can show you solicitors in your area that offer legal aid. But be aware, there is very little legal aid now available and the rules to qualify are very restrictive.
Rights of Women is also a good site.

@bluedomino thanks for your reply, I've come to realise that legal aid is very hard to come by. I hope I get this resolved soon as its wearing me down.

Remember your ex will have to pay for a solicitor too, he’s just trying to bully you.
