Feeling so mentally exhausted all the time

I can't even remember when this feeling so mentally exhausted started. I wake tired and look forward to going to bed, where I sleep fitfully and wake about 4 o'clock.

Twenty years ago I was diagnosed with an under active thyroid and given medication.
It feels like the brain fog/mental tiredness I had before I was diagnosed.

I have yearly blood tests which always come back within range and a few months ago had a full set of bloods done while checking my cholesterol. Everything apart from my cholesterol was normal.

I'm also on 50 mg of Sertraline for depression, which I've had no issues with taking.

I'm in my late fifties, so maybe it's menopause related.
Just wondering if you've experienced this, what was the cause?

I feel like this and it's because I'm pregnant. I know that's not the case for you but my point is that hormones could absolutely be responsible. I always used to feel like it for a day or two before my period started too.

Menopause?
