14 year old daughter is texting inappropriately with a16yr old boy. A boy who was kicked out of school with no qualifications and who hangs round with a.group of boys and young men that have all served time. She has told so many lies about the boy and the messages that I don't know what to think. He is the older brother of a schoolfriend who is a year younger. She is a newish friend with lots of issues including two suicide attempts and self harms daily. All the kids have involvement with social services. My daughter is rather strange that she seems to find this all very exciting and has told them she grew up in care, we are her 5th family and that we hate her. She's our only child (natural) child and has grown up in a loving family in a nice home. She's always been an easy going and a little shy and until now I thought we were close. We've only just found out that the girl has been calling my daughter when she feels bad and she's been trying to council her and.talk her down. Obviously as a child she is not equipped for this. The family are also well known to the police. She said they haven't even kissed but she considers him her boyfriend?!? The last lot of messages were fairly explicit and they are talking about having a baby!
