Parking - Letchworth Town Centre

We coming up to Letchworth for an event soon and are staying at the Premier Inn for a couple of nights which doesn't have parking. As we don't know the area well, could anyone advise about parking in the town centre? I see that there is parking at the station, and also there is a multi store which I assume are monitored and safe, but does anyone know of any other options?

there is a path pretty much right to the hotel door.

it’s a nice quiet hotel and easy to walk into town for bars and restaurants.
