Megan fox never needed surgery in the first place

She has been seen being wheeled out of a plastic surgeons office apparently. Makes me sad that such a naturally beautiful woman has changed herself so much over the years...

She still is stunning but definitely has that fake look now

I have alway thought she was incredibly pretty, especially when younger. I agree she looks a little fake now but still very very pretty.

Agree, OP. I thought she was absolutely stunning on Hope and Faith many years ago. She looks quite generic Hollywood now

Yes it's hard to understand why someone so naturally good looking ever started down that path in the first place. I suppose living in LA surrounded by beautiful people, working in a competitive industry where it's all about looks, makes you obsess over the smallest 'imperfections' and before you know it it's 15 years down the line and you're a surgery addict.

Oh yes I think Hollywood is obviously toxic. But also people's attitudes don't help, I mean, the thread atm about wanting to look like Margot Robbie, there is some awful comments on there saying how she isn't anything special etc, bloody hell if people can slate her looks then us average people have no chance do we !

Well yeah, try telling these papz that. She was being wheeled to her car so not like she was on the bed straight out of surgery but still, I agree she should have privacy but no celebrity does do they

I watched confessions of a teenage drama queen (oh the nostalgia!!) the other day, came out in 2004, she’s in it with Lindsay Lohan. They were both so so pretty, I know it was twenty years ago nearly so of course they’d look different now anyway but the surgery and work is so unnecessary.. and a bit sad.

Well unfortunately a lot of the women that go down that path and have been exposed to the absolute dog eat dog world that is Hollywood and fame have crushingly low self esteem and are constantly reminded of the fact that they’re toast once over the age of 35 if they age ‘naturally’. It’s a much wider issue than them just thinking they need to tweak their faces.

I've just read Megan has body dysmorphia, which probably explains it.
And yep, Hollywood won't help that !
