I had covid last year ans felt horrendous and some of my symptoms are similar

Currently suffering with extremely sore throat plus body aches and high temp . Didn't think much of it but last night I felt so unwell so I did a covid test just to know , no line came up straight away so thought nothing of it, but ice just spotted the test now but not sure if it counts as a line, and unsure when it appeared as I just left it on the time 1 minute after doing it

I would say so. Recently had covid myself and the line was slow to come up but it did.

Yes, hope you feel better soon. I had it a few weeks ago and felt crappy for a few days but came out of it quicker than the first time so 🤞 for you.

I wonder how long it'll be before the first person says 'who even tests anymore anyway'?

It doesn't matter whether it's positive or not.... this is all so 2020 and we have all moved on.

I was waiting for the 'who even tests' comments 🤣 if I didn't have any spare tests I probably wouldn't have bothered to be honest

I love playing “Who even tests?!” Bingo on Mumsnet. Who even says ‘who even tests’ EVERY TIME?? Surely they are saying it 20 times a day so you’d think they realise that lots of people test…

I hope u feel better soon OP. I test regularly when meeting people, just to be on the safe side even though we don't have to. Feels like I'm.being responsible.

How long since you did the test?
I know you said nothing came up straight away, but if thats yesterday's test, I'd repeat.
